1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TechVox's lead generation platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

TechVox provides lead generation and marketing automation services, including but not limited to:

• Lead discovery and qualification
• Social media advertising campaign management
• Performance analytics and reporting
• Automated marketing workflows

3. Qualification Process

TechVox reserves the right to qualify all potential clients based on our internal criteria, including but not limited to budget requirements, business legitimacy, and compatibility with our service offerings. Not all applications will be approved.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Pricing is based on a per-qualified-lead model, with rates varying from $40 to $60 per lead depending on industry, target market complexity, and campaign requirements. All pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice.

• Payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet the agreed-upon qualification criteria. If a lead does not meet the specified requirements, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost, subject to verification.

6. Data Privacy and Security

TechVox is committed to protecting your data and maintaining the highest standards of data security. All lead data and customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, private information, designs, and agreements, are the property of or licensed to TechVox.

8. Limitation of Liability

TechVox's liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

10. Compliance and Legal Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other data protection and marketing regulations.

11. Modifications to Terms

TechVox reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Arizona.
